Jason is an operator first. He has led companies through scale-ups, restructurings, and exits, applying a systems-driven playbook that blends operational discipline with practical automation. Over his career he has overseen more than $1.4 billion in capital deployment, including over $250 million in completed acquisitions across energy, technology, and consumer sectors.

At Rustica Strategies, Jason’s role is to pair founder-aligned deals with execution that sticks. He focuses on:

• Operational excellence: clarifying roles, tightening handoffs, and installing SOPs that reduce rework and error rates.
• Financial clarity: clean reporting, job/contract costing, and KPI dashboards that drive manager accountability.
• AI-enabled productivity: targeted use of automation and agent-based tools to remove low-value tasks, compress cycle times, and improve customer response.
• People and transition: respectful owner transitions, steady leadership, and practical training so changes last.

To accelerate post-close results, Jason co-founded Stragentic AI, Rustica’s internal systems and automation arm. Stragentic designs and runs the improvements—workflow mapping, data integration, and AI agents—so portfolio teams see benefits in weeks, not quarters.

Jason currently serves as the full-time President & CEO of Sacral Solutions, leading strategy, capital, partnerships, and commercialization. Rustica and Stragentic are structured with dedicated support so his investment of time remains disciplined and transparent.
